The Eastside Macaroni Kid has teamed up with The Painted Palace, Pump It Up, and TechCity Bowl to bring you the 2018 Eastside Birthday Club.
Each registered birthday kid will receive a special birthday message from us plus coupons for one Princess Story Time from The Painted Palace and one free game of bowling from TechCity Bowl. Also each month, one random birthday celebrant will also WIN a Pump It Up jump card (6 jumps per card).
How it works:
- You fill out this form.
- You must be a Macaroni Kid subscriber to participate.
- Every birthday kid must be registered at least one week prior to their birthday month to ensure inclusion.
- Coupons will be emailed to the family at the beginning of the birthday month.
- Coupons will only be good for registered birthday kid(s) and no other family members or friends.
- Coupons valid for ages 17 and under.
